After Jeff’s untimely passing, his family established this scholarship fund to memorialize and shine light on his life by continuing to make a difference in the lives of Massillon’s young people FOREVER.  As a Police Officer for the City of Kettering Police Department, Jeff made an impact on many in the community and fellow officers during his 25 years of service.  Jeff was a renowned trainer in defensive tactics which helped save the lives of police officers throughout the state.
