FFL Transfers
Cost: $50.00 (Non-Member) or $35.00 (SimTrainer Member)
SimTrainer accepts FFL transfers on all working days. All transfers must be communicated and accepted by SimTrainer staff prior to shipping the firearm or receiver. If this procedure is not followed, the firearm/receiver may be denied and shipped back to the sending FFL at the cost of the customer. All transfers must be received from another FFL. SimTrainer will not accept Transfer from a private individual. Failure to follow this procedure will result in a $75 transfer fee.
Things to bring for Transfer:
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License showing current living address. (Valid Government issued document proving current address must be provided if Driver’s License does not show current address. (i.e., Ohio CHL)
- Ohio CHL if applicable
- Payment for Transfer

At The Range
Ohio CCW Certification
This state-mandated course is taught by NRA and/or OPOTA certified instructors, and it meets all State of Ohio training requirements for applying for a Concealed Handgun License (CHL) which permits licensees to carry concealed handguns.
Range Membership

First Shots
At the end of this course, parents will know the proper way to handle these firearms and be able to supervise their children on the range if and when they elect to participate in recreational shooting as a family activity. If you're new to firearms training, First Shots should be your first port of call!
