HR 38, which contains provisions for National Concealed Carry Reciprocity and provisions for requiring federal, state and local law enforcement agencies and mental health facilities to report prohibited offenses and conditions to the FBI Background Check system, is scheduled for a full vote in the US House of Representative on Wednesday Dec. 6.!

I expressed great optimism about this legislation moving forward when it was first introduced in January of this year, and I predicted in early September that this bill would finally become law after several failed attempts in recent years.
