This is the first of a series of progressive courses designed to develop proficiency and competency in the use of a M4 pattern PCC or similar. This course will begin with a discussion of the components of the handgun shooting success pyramid and progress rapidly to range drills designed to develop mastery of basic marksmanship principles. This course will include specialized instruction in loading/ reloading, handling malfunctions, and slinging your weapon.
What to Bring:
- PCC (Centerfire firearms preferred)
- Two or more magazines
- Single or double magazine pouch
- Speed adjustable Sling and mounts for your gun. Consult range for recommendations if you don’t have one already
- Prefer iron sights or unmagnified optics.
- Electronic Ear Protection
- Eye Protection
- Minimum of 150 rounds of factory jacketed ammunition
