This 20 hour course meets the State of Ohio requirement for serving as an armed security officer/guard. The course will include both classroom instruction and live fire training on an indoor range. Participants must pass the State of Ohio mandated qualification course of fire and a written test to receive certification. Participants must provide duty belt, firearm, holster, double mag pouch, and 250 rounds of factory jacketed ammo. All gear can be rented for $45 and ammo can be purchased for an additional $75 at the range.
